Pride

Vortex and our love of all things colour and celebration go hand-in-hand with Pride!

We’ve been part of Coventry Pride for many years creating little pockets of joy and talking points across the city by splashing rainbows across the parade route. We’ve created gardens of rainbow flowers, painted the streets and transformed stairways into a progress Pride flag mural. One year we played with a light installation creating an intervention that flickered the colours of the Pride flag in a random order to uniquely represent everyone and show that the LGBTQIA+ community are one united blended family.
