Curators of The Museum of Me

Launching on sat 10 sep, museum of me will highlight the lives of everyday people.

We are thrilled to be curating 'Museum of Me' - a Birmingham 2022 Festival project that invites audiences to step into the world of local residents as they create their very own museum. 'Museum of Me' showcases the story of their life and the contributions they've made to the community around us and beyond.

The project launches on Saturday 10th September at Blakesley Hall in Birmingham, with 10 residents featured across 10 different dates:

• Friday 16th
• Saturday 17th
• Sunday 18th
• Friday 23th
• Saturday 24th
• Sunday 25th
• Thursday 29th
• Friday 30th September

The exhibition's opening hours are 11:15am-4pm.

'Museum of Me' is a collaboration with Coventry artist Paul O'Donnell and produced by SJ Watkinson of Outer Circle Arts. Generously supported by Birmingham City Council and Arts Council England in partnership with Birmingham Museum Trust.
